EchoLink is up and running via N6EMA-R repeater located at the Emergency Management Center in Kingsland, ( http://cema.camden.k12.ga.us/ ) on Gross Road.   The repeater frequency and tones are: 147.195 (118.8) .   If you know your connecting node, enter it through your keypad. The # key brings it down.
